C&DAC aims to replace animal proteins with faba bean flour

The production of faba bean flour, used as a substitute for animal-based proteins, is powered by the Nancy-based C&DAC. The food research and development laboratory is preparing a fundraising campaign of 1.5 million euros for this purpose.
