Our Propulsion range offers unfermented faba bean flours, rich in protein and fiber, with high functional potential. Thanks to rigorous varietal selection (UNIFEV project), the green notes are controlled for easy integration.


Pulsation

From fermented faba bean

Our Pulsation range offers fermented faba bean flours, developed using our Puls’Eat® process. Fermentation reduces green notes and antinutritional factors, and modifies functional properties.

 

Pulsation torréfiée

From fermented, roasted faba bean

Pulsation Torréfiée combines the benefits of Puls’Eat® fermentation with gentle roasting, revealing a rich and delicious aromatic palette, perfect for alternatives to cocoa, coffee or hazelnut.

Nutrition

Significant nutritional intake (proteins, fibers, etc.), improved digestibility

Functionality

Foaming, emulsifying, gelling, thickening properties, etc.

Sensory
